01. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all ancillary ec99 policies:

• "ec99" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ec99.vu and all associated sub-domains, applications, and services operated under the ec99 brand.
• "Player", "you", or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ec99 platform for any purpose, whether as a registered account holder or otherwise.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile created by a Player on ec99 following the completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or market available on the ec99 platform.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency in which all financial transactions on ec99 are denominated.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandatory for all ec99 account holders prior to first withdrawal.

02. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on ec99, you must register a personal account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one account on ec99 at any given time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

Registration Requirements

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close associate of ec99 or any ec99 service provider with access to non-public platform information.
• You must not be self-excluded from ec99 or any other gaming platform through a formal self-exclusion agreement. If you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to open a new ec99 account.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

04. Deposits & Payment Methods

ec99 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and approved cryptocurrency wallets. ec99 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• All deposit transactions must be funded from a payment source that is registered in your own name. ec99 will reject deposits from third-party accounts and may flag such transactions for compliance review.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the ec99 cashier interface. These limits are subject to change at ec99's discretion.
• ec99 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, fees imposed by third-party payment providers such as mobile wallet operators are the Player's responsibility.
• ec99 applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures to all financial transactions. Deposits that trigger AML thresholds may be subject to enhanced due diligence, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.
• ec99 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, particularly where it suspects fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise irregular activity.

05. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified Players through the ec99 cashier. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, in accordance with ec99's anti-money laundering policy.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification for the relevant account has been completed in full and approved by ec99's compliance team.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the ec99 cashier and are subject to change. Players wishing to withdraw amounts in excess of the stated maximum may be required to submit the withdrawal in multiple tranches.
• ec99 targets standard withdrawal processing within the timeframes displayed in the cashier interface; however, these are indicative and not guaranteed. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals may be declined or delayed where the Player has an outstanding active bonus with applicable wagering requirements, or where the account is under compliance review.
• ec99 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification prior to processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether initial KYC has been completed.

06. Bonuses & Promotions

ec99 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and seasonal campaigns to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x) and must be completed within the stated validity period.
• Real-money funds in a Player's account wallet are used in wagers before any bonus funds unless otherwise specified in the terms of the specific promotion.
• ec99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including where it determines that the Player has obtained or attempted to obtain bonus funds through fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive means.
• Players who hold accounts solely to exploit bonuses without genuine gaming intent ("bonus abuse") may have their accounts suspended and bonus balances voided.
• Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Ramadan, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, and PSL — are offered at ec99's discretion and are always subject to responsible gaming principles. ec99 will not use religious occasions as platforms for aggressive or irresponsible promotional activity.

07. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ec99 — including live casino tables, slot games, sports betting markets, and arcade titles — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider and, where applicable, the ec99 sportsbook rules. By placing a wager, you accept the governing rules of that game or market in their entirety.

• ec99 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios operated by internationally licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi.

08. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ec99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with ec99 games or markets in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, whether at live casino tables or in any other format, to gain an advantage over ec99 or third-party players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to sporting events on which bets are placed through ec99.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account limits, self-exclusion periods, or responsible gaming restrictions.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material fact when registering or interacting with ec99.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or loopholes in the ec99 platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.

09. Account Suspension & Termination

ec99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy published by ec99.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a formal request by ec99's compliance team.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct, whether or not formally proven.
• Receipt of a valid legal notice, regulatory direction, or court order requiring ec99 to restrict or close the account.
• The Player's own request for account closure, including voluntary self-exclusion.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after the deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations or compliance-related holds) will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to successful completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10. Responsible Gaming

ec99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to minimising the potential harms associated with real-money gaming. All Players are encouraged to approach ec99 as a form of entertainment and to manage their gaming activity within their personal financial means.

• Players may set personal deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) through the responsible gaming section of their ec99 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders can be configured to alert Players when they have been actively gaming for a defined period.
• Cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days are available on request and can be activated by contacting ec99 support or through the account settings.
• Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent — is available to any Player who believes they may have a gambling problem. ec99 will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly and will not knowingly permit a self-excluded Player to open a new account.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

• ec99 may share your personal data with regulated third-party service providers, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by applicable law or operational necessity.

12. Intellectual Property

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this section shall limit ec99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to ec99's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through direct communication with ec99's support team in the first instance.

• In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, ec99 may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution mechanism as specified in the platform's licensing documentation.
• No class action, collective proceeding, or representative claim may be brought against ec99 by any Player or group of Players.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ec99 with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
